Instructor Renewal Fees
Instructor Card Renewal Fees Effective July 1, 2022, Operation Life Saver will begin implementing an Instructor Card Renewal Fee of $50 to renew your instructor card. During our 25 years of operation, we have never passed on to the instructors: expenses for record keeping, maintenance, and instructor card fees. We have been absolving these costs along with the expense of maintaining a highly trained staff that has to constantly adapt to new methods and procedures. In addition, COVID has had a profound effect on most business establishments. Operation Life Saver is no exception.
Renewal Requirements:
1.) Instructor must teach 4 classes within the 2-year instructor renewal period
2.) Instructor must complete all AHA mandatory updates and once completed send a copy of the completion certificate to OLS.
3.) Instructor must be monitored every two years teaching a provider class. Email Monitoring Form to Operation Life Saver
Purchase E-Cards
In addition to providing training in CPR and other life-saving techniques, we also help you connect with people with our e-cards that can be sent to people easily. Most people are resorting to e-cards these days as they are easy to transmit and do not require any storage or postage. E-cards are also more cost effective and timesaving when compared to physical cards, besides being environment friendly. You can never lose an e-card.
