Instructor Renewal Fees
Instructor Card Renewal Fee $50
Renewal Requirements:
1.) Instructor must teach 4 classes within the 2-year instructor renewal period
2.) Instructor must complete all AHA mandatory updates and once completed send a copy of the completion certificate to OLS.
3.) Instructor must be monitored every two years teaching a provider class. Email Monitoring Form to Operation Life Saver
